We have used RDR with our processing company. There was defiantly a lack of knowledge with the processing company when we had questions. Midigator has been very responsive to our needs.

Midigator is a great company that offers a great service. Helping businesses with their chargeback needs. A specific scenario based on my experience where Midigator came to the rescue would be reducing the chargeback percentage by 10% helping us keep our business merchant account processing.
