Overall Satisfaction with Midigator
The Midigator product is currently used to help provide Merchants with advance alerting to help prevent incoming chargebacks. Receiving an advance notice offers time to reach out to the client and work with them regarding their purchase. The advance alerts also help Merchants better understand what can be done to prevent the same occurrence from happening again.

- For Merchants can save them thousands by decreasing the CB ratio's they are not paying as much in CB fee's. They also have the ability to customer service the client and potentially keep their initial sale.
- Less chargebacks that have to be disputed means less administrative work to be completed locating receipts and making sure all documentation is in order in order to properly dispute a CB
