Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated

In our organisation, we use Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated as our email filter for all inbound and outbound emails. It is also used to whitelist and block certain email addresses or domains. We use the policies to stop emails with sensitive or confidential information such as credit card information and also stop emails with large attachments. We now also use Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated as our email archive that easily integrates with Microsoft Outlook for ease of access to any archived emails we may need to search for.

Overall, I do like it, and the fact that you can turn on light and dark mode makes it easier on the eyes if necessary. When you find what you need to get to the way it is displayed is clear, however, the problem sometimes is trying to find the area you need to be in. It does seem a little bit overcomplicated as to where some features are located; it isn't always in the obvious place, so it does take some clicking about.
Before our organisation moved over to Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated we were using a product called Proofpoint. As far as I am aware, the transition from old to new went well however, I was not directly involved in this.

Would you buy Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated again?

Yes

This was a massive upgrade from our previous product we had for email filtering/security. The user interface is much more modern and more advanced with many added extra features. It can handle the vast amount of emails that our organisation receives daily whilst also checking and filtering any spam emails, any with malicious attachments that are stripped out of the email before delivering it to the recipient. These attachments or emails can be opened in a sandbox mode before moved on any further given you peace of mind that it is opened in a safe environment.
