Overall Satisfaction with Mirakl Marketplace Platform
We use Mirakl Marketplace platform as Seller platform of ePRICE Marketplace which is the major Italian marketplace onboarding Italian and European sellers. The platform provides the sellers with a back office to manage their products, offers, orders, customer care vs customers. As an operator, the Marketplace team uses Mirakl Marketplace to onboard, activate, manage, support sellers and define marketplace business rules.
- Good API integration, easy to integrate
- Almost complete seller platform providing all the basic features of a Marketplace and a few advanced ones
- Good level of support of the team
- Good level of product upgrades
- Seller performance tools
- Order flow
- Payments management in a PSD2 compliant envronment
- We were able to develop our marketplace which is now the biggest Italian retail marketplace and is delivering very strong results.
In 2013, when we evaluated Mirakl, we didn't find any other solution that was ready to go to market which could be compared.
