I love how easy Modernizing Medicine is to use for our business.
- Keeping us updated on when the system is down or is going through an update.
- They resolve issues and inquiries very fast
- The system is very easy to maneuver through and is user friendly
- Besides tasks, it would be nice to have a function where you could have reminders set - ex. "Call back patient on Friday 8/6"
- When I go to support, I end up getting a phone number for sales instead of a support line.
