Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use this to summarize calls into custom summaries, share highlights to our Slack channel, and keep our Salesforce CRM up to date. The summaries can be tailored and are highly accurate, making them more useful than some of the other summaries generated by our other tools (Zoom, CRM, etc.). the updates also help lower administrative load by keeping our CRM up to date by updating specific records or creating new ones. this runs in the background for us in many ways to keep things running smoothly, between revenue platform and crm, where neither bridge the gap on their own.

Pros

  • AI summaries.
  • Slack integration.
  • Contact management (crm updates).

Cons

  • More flexible record edits/updates -- but to be fair, some of this may not be on their end, but more on the CRM flexibility.
  • Reduced time spent on admin work.
  • Bubbled up key meeting notes quickly.
Useful product and has a quick business impact. The client success team is pretty flexible and eager to help.
