Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use Momentum.io with our SDR and AE teams to capture, summarize, and score calls, then push the insights directly into Slack and Salesforce. Managers get clear visibility into deal health and rep performance without digging through calls, while reps benefit from real-time coaching, reduced admin, and the ability to update opportunity stages right in Slack.
For enablement and ops, Momentum delivers call insights at scale, surfaces where the team needs training, and supports certification over time by scoring every call. It has helped us keep Salesforce data accurate and given us a much better understanding of the business overall.

Pros

  • Meets the team where they are; Sales doesn't have to log into another system to see the benefits.
  • Information push to SFDC even with semi-complicated workflows. Reps can move opportunities through stages directly from Slack.
  • Scorecard calibration: Every call is scored consistently, making it easy to certify reps at scale with minimal lift from managers or enablement.

Cons

  • Large scale exec briefs need work still only able to analyze a small batch.
  • Better usage analytics, ability to see how engaged is my team with the product.
  • Less time spent on admin more selling time (too early for exact numbers).
  • Improvement of adoption of sales methodology (too early to see impact).
Momentum.io is still a startup, which comes with benefits. For day-to-day users, it’s simple, intuitive, and meets people where they already work, without requiring them to log into another tool to review or check updates. For admins, it’s also straightforward to manage and roll out. There’s still some functionality missing, but the team moves quickly and is great at adapting and building toward customer needs.

Momentum.io is well-suited for teams that want to scale coaching, certification, and deal visibility without adding more work for managers or reps. In our org, it’s been especially effective for certifying reps on SPICED, since every call is scored consistently and tracked over time. Managers also get real-time insights and briefs that allow them to step in on deals while they’re still active, instead of reviewing after the fact. For reps, the biggest value has been less admin — notes are auto-captured, follow-up suggestions are surfaced, and they can update Salesforce fields or even move opportunity stages directly from Slack. From an enablement and ops perspective, the platform gives us call insights at scale and a better pulse on the business without needing to listen to hours of recordings.
Where it’s less appropriate is in organizations without a structured sales methodology or consistent process — in those cases, the scoring and certification features won’t be as impactful. Also, if your team doesn’t work heavily in Slack or Salesforce, you’ll miss out on the workflow integration benefits. Reporting is improving, but it still feels manual if you need deep, custom analytics
