Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use Momentum.io to record meetings, transcribe them, provide insights for our team, draft follow-up emails to customers, and help with employee training. But those are just the features. What we gain as an organization is time back in our day, faster customer service, and a workforce that is able to level-up as we scale.

  • The follow-up emails could be more concise
  • We could get emails after calls to more easily find the recordings
  • It saves me at least 1-2 hours per week
I give it a 10 because I've never had a frustrating experience trying to find or do a certain thing in Momentum.io. And the craziest thing is, I never even got a formal onboarding to the product. It was just one of the tools in our stack when I arrived that people said to start using. So I was able to easily pick it up, and I'm sure that was helpful because it made our enablement team's life easier too.

I believe that we chose Momentum.io as a more cost-effective alternative to Gong. It is very intuitive for any user, whether they are extremely savvy or not. We primarily use it across sales, support and customer success, but I wouldn't be surprised if other teams in our org use it as well.
