Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

Monday CRM is great for the folowing reasons:
User-Friendly Interface: Monday is so visual and easy to use.
Fully Customizable: Unlike rigid CRMs, Monday allows you to build your own workflows from scratch.
No-Code : You don’t need to be a developer to build complex systems. It's very intuitive.

Pros

  • No code
  • Fuly customizable
  • easy to use

Cons

  • Not always easy to do everything that we want
  • It's great but the cost is expensive
for the no code and customisation
