Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We use monday CRM as a way to manage our sales pipeline and subsequent onboarding process. It helps us track potential customers and follow their journey through the negotiation, contract signing, and a lengthy onboarding process where we collect a lot of documents and information about our customers. From there, we continue to keep our customers in the monday CRM so we can follow up when documents expire or contracts need to be resigned or renegotiated. The monday CRM acts as our source of truth for our customers' information.

It's not nearly as robust as some other CRMs, but it is great for more simple workflows and/or smaller companies. The investment is much less than other CRMs, and it comes with Monday Work Management, which is helpful in tandem with the monday CRM portion. There is a lot of room for improvement, but the monday CRM team pushes updates consistently and I expect the product to be truly excellent in a few years.
We already had Monday Work Management for our company, so adding the monday CRM portion was convenient instead of starting over. We liked the customization options that monday CRM provided and the security features that allow us to show information only to those who have access with ease. The ability to create our own workflow easily and without support or coding was the main reason we went with monday CRM.

Monday is excellent at data management and automating tasks to keep everyone on the same page and projects on track. Being able to tag other users, share with external people (i.e. contractors), and communicate easily through comments and updates is very helpful. It's easy to see at a glance where certain projects are at, and it's easy to organize data and files that correspond to a specific project or person. monday CRM is less useful for very complex workflows or when there's a lot of back-and-forth feedback, as those details can get lost easily.
