monday CRM an easy to use sales management system

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use both monday work management and CRM. The monday CRM tool is used to capture leads and organize follow up on those leads. We use a monday CRM form to capture leads live and feed them directly to CRM and then organize follow up based on the lead temperature. Leads are assigned directly to appropriate staff for follow up.

Pros

  • Lead capture live at trade show
  • Organization of leads into specific types
  • Conversion of leads to contacts
  • Capture critical data related to leads

Cons

  • easier linkage between the CRM module and the Work Management module

Return on Investment

  • monday CRM has helped with better pipeline forecasting
  • monday CRM has helped determine ROI for trades shows attended by trackiing specific lead capture and conversion
  • monday CRM has helped determine appropriate sales staffing needs based on real numbers

Pros

  • Email automations
  • Time tracking
  • Colour coding

Cons

  • Minimise needing to jump between boards
  • Pulling CRM data for a client to use in a notification on a different board
  • Time tracking per client across multiple boards and projects

Return on Investment

  • It keeps us more organised
  • It allows us to map out months worth of work at a time
  • The monthly costs to add extra team members and extra functionality is very prohibitive though

monday CRM is great for custom workflows and non-standard sales pipelines

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday CRM as a way to manage our sales pipeline and subsequent onboarding process. It helps us track potential customers and follow their journey through the negotiation, contract signing, and a lengthy onboarding process where we collect a lot of documents and information about our customers. From there, we continue to keep our customers in the monday CRM so we can follow up when documents expire or contracts need to be resigned or renegotiated. The monday CRM acts as our source of truth for our customers' information.

Pros

  • Data management
  • Automations
  • Access management/security
  • Easy data visuals and reporting

Cons

  • Tutorials for less tech-savvy users
  • Customer interaction integrations
  • Expanded scope of HIPAA-compliant tools

Return on Investment

  • Lower time to contact leads and opportunities
  • Less time spent managing projects and workflows
  • Contributes to time-savings by making information easily accessible
