Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

I run events across the country and Monday CRM helps keep track of all our customers, and potential new customers, and saves me plenty of time thanks to the automations. The automations would be the only thing I would change, making them a little easier to learn. But after the learning curve, they help tremendously.

Pros

  • Tracking New Clients by data field has been a total game changer
  • Automated out reach integrations with email helps stay on track
  • Other integrations into platforms like Zoom and calendars make it easy to track everything in one place

Cons

  • Integrations could be more straight forward to learn
  • ROI has been 200% higher than prior to using Monday
  • Notion
Monday CRM is way easier to use, has better templates, and has more functionality overall.

Straight forward to use and easy to set up, great support staff.
Responsive, plenty of resources from videos to live chat.
Well suited if you're managing a large database. Less appropriate if you're on a smaller scale.
