Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

The business problems this software addressed would have to be being able to see all our current active projects and the status therein. This applies to both project management and sales opportunities. To visually see the status of all projects on one board is great. Munway uses the Monday CRM platform to follow up on sales opportunities, check profitability, project status, equipment lead times, and follow up on invoices.
  • Visually shows all projects and their statuses.
  • Especially great when it comes to sales opportunities and the features it brings.
  • Sales dashboard can be fully customizable to show whatever you feel is important.
  • Project management boards can be very daunting to create and manage.
  • Linking boards between each other can make things complicated but are especially useful.
  • Automated actions are very limited until you upgrade your plan.
  • We now can visually see our yearly sales.
  • The company is much more organized in Sales and in Project Management.
  • We can forecast the amount of work and allocate the necessary resources to be better prepared for the future.

It's great and I highly recommend putting in the time to learn how to use the software. Once this software is fully implemented in a company, the results will show.
The best scope of work Monday is used for. Monday is extremely useful for sales and I would recommend this product to anyone who has trouble keeping track of their opportunities.
Monday CRM is excellent for sales tracking leads and opportunities. Every time we receive some type of lead on a project at Munway, we create the item with its project number, name the project, and import our potential customer's information. As the lead begins to progress and develop we will continuously update the item by changing the status to "Proposal in Progress" or if the estimate was finally sent to "Contract Sent". Once the contract is sent, we upload the estimate to the item with the date it was sent and to who it was sent. We also fill in missing information for the project as well such as "Estimate Total", and "Estimate Profit Margin". The product is awesome to use for this scope and I highly recommend it.
