Overall Satisfaction with MoreThanDigital Insights

We got early access to the Beta testing and we were using it for our yearly strategic review and buisness analysis purposes. This means we just invited the team, we set up the tool and it was actually super easy. The report showed us quickly areas where we can work on and I guess also the benchmarking will be better in the future, but was a great and fast feedback option and a REALLY comprehensive business diagnostics solution.

  • Benchmarking helped us a lot to see how others are doing
The interface is simple and clean, the onboarding was a little bumpy at first, but when I set it up it was good. I missed a onboarding guide (Maybe they add it after the Beta? Would welcome this) and otherwise it was super easy to handle. We got a little intro from the Founder and then we just went on and invited the team and after everone gave their input we just generated the report and immediately saw a lof of topics clearly.
Well, till now we didnt use any tools for that. I am not even aware if something like that exists. But we worked just with consultants sometimes or mostly actually making strategic decisions on our own. So there was not really a big "process" before possible as we just made it like everyone else with discussions and some informal process.

Definitely a recommendation. Every business owner or someone who wants to analyse his business should have a look at Insights. I guess especially as it is for free in the Base version (we got the Premium one) its a no-brainer to just do it. It takes less than 1-2 hours and it really gives deep insights into a company. I guess also perfect for consultants who can then offer follow-on services as MoreThanDigital isnt offering consulting - just the analytics.
