Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
Network for Good serves as a one-stop location for engaging with and managing our donors. It provides access to creative and current communication methods and easy-to-manage dashboard features. Seeing as ours is a small department, the features allow easy use and the ability to run fairly involved donor projects with minimal staff.
Pros
- Easy to use dashboard
- Efficient customer service
- Timely payments of funds raised
Cons
- Value for money is good but pricing is higher than others
- I would like more one-on-one training time in the on-boarding process
- One stop location for communication and data management
- Ease of donation collection
- Eye-friendly graphics and templates
- Online donations have become our main giving platform
- Outgoing communication has doubled
