Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
We chose to switch to Network for Good as our donation platform and also to communicate with our volunteers and potential donors and adopters.
Pros
- Great communication features with donors and volunteers.
- User-friendly.
- Ability to take over the phone payments.
Cons
- The import process from our previous donor database was not as seamless as explained. Much of the work was put on our staff and still has not been resolved.
- Texting feature.
- All in one email communication ability with our donors, volunteers and adopters.
- Ability to create custom fundraising campaigns.
- Network for Good will also allow us to track donations and communications all in one place.
- We saved thousands of dollars by being able to switch to one platform using Network for Good.
- Because Network for Good has great communication abilities, I believe we will see in increase in donation revenue.
Network for Good has now allowed us to stop using Bloomerang and Constant Contact, allowing us to use one platform for donation and communicating with our donors, volunteers and adopters.
