Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
We use the product for donor management. The system provides easy data entry and tracking and reporting functions. This also allows us to maintain a database and identify potential donors and lapsed donors.

- Easy Data Entry Processing
- Report Functionality
- Event donation functionality
Cons
- Some of the reporting functions are a bit difficult to set up and execute
- The process for generating thank you letters from within the system is slightly cumbersome
- Should be able to create an individual contact while creating an organizational contact instead of having to do that first
- Report Functionality

- Duplicate checking
- Network for Good has proven to be comparable in cost of other systems
