Network for Good Recommendation
Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
The River City Journalism Fund uses Network for Good as our development database. We not only collect and track all of our donations through Network for Good, but we also send e-blasts and newsletters for both informational and fundraising purposes through the database.
Pros
- Keeping track of donors
- Sending thank you's to donors
- Sending e-blasts and newsletters
Cons
- Donor supplemental info, which is an add-on to Network for Good, is not especially robust or helpful
- Donation page
- Donor tracking
- E-blast and newsletter construction and distribution
- Network for Good has provided an excellent ROI by enabling us to both track and respond to donors.
Although Salesforce offers robust capabilities, it's not especially suited to smaller nonprofits. Network for Good addresses all of our needs without the complexity of Salesforce.
