Overall Satisfaction with NiceJob
We use NiceJob to send surveys out to our current clients. It helps build customer reviews for potential prospects that are looking into our business and the feedback helps us to know if there are any areas we need to improve in.
- Very easy to use.
- Prevents you from sending a survey to the same customer twice.
- Possibly after a certain amount of time being able to send a 2nd review to the same customer
- Boosted our reviews online
