Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NINJIO as part of our Cyber awareness Training requirement for our Cyber insurance. Because our employees are extremely busy throughout the day, we needed a product that can provide an enjoyable and quick way to train. NINJIO also offers us a Client Success Manager so the company doesn't have to put effort into scheduling videos. NINJIO has addressed this need to the fullest extent and we are very satisfied with the service!

Usability

NINJIO has an overall easy platform to use. I'm not a fan that I have to use one hub and the Dojo to access different things. The platform does lack a few things, like timestamps of training completion and a schedule of what videos are going to come. The Dojo platform is good, overall.

NINJIO has great content. The videos are quick, fun to watch, and the assessments are efficient and thorough. I think where NINJIO is superior is that they offer our company a Client Success Manager who takes care of us throughout the program and she has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me along the way.
