It is deployed across our entire organization and made accessible to the customer base as part of our online services and systems, fully integrated into our customer portal and platform.

- Northpass eliminates the need and expense of in-person training by offering education online.
- Northpass enables our customers and users to learn on their own time and at their own pace, and still seek the benefits of quality training and education.
- Northpass allows for use of its tracking benefits and analytics on a user level, along with administrators to gauge overall progress.
Cons
- The Northpass solution could use some minor improvements in timing and scheduling of training along with notifications to end-users
- Northpass solution provided exactly the right price point for our business and positively met our ROI expectations.
