Novell Vibe is being used across our entire organization. We use it for file access and tracking progress of projects and customer support.
We also install Vibe for customers and work with them to design their access as well as set up their complex workflows.

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - We implemented Vibe in-house ourselves as we are Novell partner who implements Vibe for other clients. The biggest lesson in implementing Novell Vibe in any environment is to provide adequate time for testing and staff training.
