Overall Satisfaction with NUVI

We use NUVI for social media monitoring, analytics and reporting. I really think we are helping some of our clients realize gaps in their social media activity. NUVI also helps our clients stay abreast of the most recent conversation surrounding their brand. It is beneficial to not really wonder what people are saying on social media - that uncertainty is remedied by simply creating a monitor in NUVI.

  • There are many "best" things about NUVI. One, the intelligence of the platform has given us an opportunity to serve our clients in a more in-depth way.
  • The information in the reports is invaluable with either long-term or short-term campaigns.
  • The convenience of NUVI in being able to tailor alerts so specifically is useful for us, so we can be sure we are always updated with the latest information on a monitor.
  • Something I dislike is the inability to generate the total reach of negative mentions in a report. There is a back door way to do this though, which is helpful.

Because we use NUVI actively and effectively in a way that serves our clients.
Nuvi has been very useful for social media monitoring and reporting, whether it be for short or long-term campaigns, or for simply tracking conversation surrounding a client.
