It's currently in beta mode at our company. We've tried rolling it out to everyone but there's a lot of confusion/backend fixes that are need to be made.
- It removes the need to send proposals/SOWs
- It saves our team time
- It allows us to keep track of where our customers are getting held up on certain pages.
- Product knowledge. Everytime we get on the call with our rep, she never knows the answers to our questions and has to follow-up.
- Service. We've found that many times our rep is unresponsive.
- Customizing templates takes a lot of time and knowledge. They should create an easier way to have the platform easier to learn.
- It's impacted our sales cycle dramatically. I'd say a very positive impact. However, we'd like to roll it out so everyone can experience this time saving benefit.
