Overall Satisfaction with Octiv (formerly Tinderbox)

It's currently in beta mode at our company. We've tried rolling it out to everyone but there's a lot of confusion/backend fixes that are need to be made.
  • It removes the need to send proposals/SOWs
  • It saves our team time
  • It allows us to keep track of where our customers are getting held up on certain pages.
  • Product knowledge. Everytime we get on the call with our rep, she never knows the answers to our questions and has to follow-up.
  • Service. We've found that many times our rep is unresponsive.
  • Customizing templates takes a lot of time and knowledge. They should create an easier way to have the platform easier to learn.
  • It's impacted our sales cycle dramatically. I'd say a very positive impact. However, we'd like to roll it out so everyone can experience this time saving benefit.
We've found that closing deals through Ocitv is very efficient and effective in saving our team time. A small team at our company has been using the beta version to display multiple quotes and proposals through our customized templates. The customization of templates allows multiple teams to leverage the software with little resistance from the client. We work with many legacy companies that still require a formal legal agreement.
