Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

Okta is being used as a SSO for multiple websites and it is our corporate home page where it has multiple Chiclets, you setup your username and password and the next time it takes you directly into that website. Yes it is used across the whole organization. It addresses SSO ease for the business for multiple users and it avoids multiple user creation, since AD is directly provisioned to Okta.
  • In one page, you will have multiple SSO logins for different websites, since it is WNA authenticated
  • Okta helps reduce the amount of time spent in logging into each different website everyday, it not only works just for the internal applications, internet based applications like metalink, 401K, ADP ,vendor ticketing systems, and Salesforce.
  • Though it has many features, it cannot completely eliminate oracle OID integration with certain apps.

If you are using Salesforce, it works like a charm.

Using The Okta Identity Cloud

Once you provision all the users through this and use it for multiple purposes, you cant simply back out down the road. Since we like it now and added so many apps to this, we hope we like it in the future as well and makes us want to renew.
