Overall Satisfaction with Okta

Okta is deployed to the enterprise, and it addresses both SSO and Identity Management for us.
  • Identity Management for both employees and contractors
  • SAML SSO for all enabled apps in the cloud
  • Upstream integration with Workday and downstream to our cloud infrastructure
  • Tighter integration with active directory (AD) to allow remote folks the ability to do more than just change passwords
  • Less IT tickets for password resets
  • Easier to on-board new employees (single portal for login)
Honestly, that app works so well, and it's so easy to implement. Support has been great in getting us answers and responding to our needs. The price is reasonable, especially for all the functionality we get in return. Strong app.
Well Suited: Cloud applications, AD as your main directory, Workday as your HRMS, Looking to implement SAML accross all applications.
