Overall Satisfaction with Okta

Our organization uses Okta for identity management and single sign on. It is also used as a tool to reset Active Directory passwords for remote employees. Before using Okta, remote employees would need to VPN in to change their passwords. This is no longer the case and employees can avoid having the surprise of an expired AD password.

We did a demo of PingOne for a SSO solution. We had many issues with it and it did not integrate well with some of our web apps. Okta seemed to be the exact opposite for us and it worked flawlessly. The ability for users to reset their AD passwords through it was a huge bonus since it was an issue we were fighting.
I am really happy with Okta and our employees use it every day. Employees did seem skeptical at first, but after learning how to use it I've gotten a lot of praise for it. I have seen the amount of account expiration and password reset tickets drop drastically. Managing users in Okta is really simple. The interface is very intuitive and is easy to learn.
- Password resets are key here so users do not need to use vpn to reset their network password.
- No more post its on desks with their passwords written on them. Okta takes care of that and keeps your passwords safe and secure.
