Overall Satisfaction with Okta
We have rolled out Okta to help better manage applications as well as helping users across the company with application log ins. This helps the IT department because there are less tickets for various applications.
- UI is very simple and easy to navigate
- Easy to manage users
- Provisioning accounts sometimes does not work.
- Box SAML has a few issues.
- The implementation of Okta has helped reduce the amount of tickets as well as the time to manage user accounts. Because it helps provision and de-provision applications, we can better manage our seats and licenses.
