Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
Okta is the preferred user authentication method across our entire organization. We had a huge problem with how to sync user authentication across many many different building sites and countries. We needed the ability to revoke user's access to company resources with a simple click of the button. When before Okta it used to take ages and many departments to revoke access. With Okta that's all made much more simple.
- Providing a single pane of glass for all approved business apps.
- With Okta at the gate, we can be confident that user authentication is managed properly.
- Recommending strong passwords and managing those passwords for all websites.
- There is no fat client for a workstation to protect local login.
- Lack of biometric features.
- The ability to partition Okta for use by parts of an organization that has governmental restrictions and compliances.
- The IT resources were high before Okta. Okta helped us bring those costs down.
- Okta has helped us be more secure and thus helped us with our exposure to unauthorized account access.
- Industry adoption of Okta has made it easy to interface with other third party SaaS and services.

The ease of use of Okta vs RSA SecureID Suite is unmatched. Okta allows for use across all different platforms as long as you can interface with their API. RSA SecureID does not offer this. RSA's Single Sign-On capabilities are limited. Okta is also much cheaper and their pricing model is much more flexible.

COVID-19 Response
Okta allowed us to more confidently allow our users to work from during the lockdowns in the various cities our company works out of. If we didn't have an SSO solution that was as robust as Okta it would have been much more difficult. Identity management was just one less thing we had to worry about in such a short timeframe. I'm glad we already had it implemented prior to the pandemic.
ZeroTrust is on the minds of all our security professionals with the entrance of the COVID-19 pandemic. The ZeroTrust initiatives we had in the works prior to the pandemic have been fast tracked. Okta is an integral part in making this move to ZeroTrust as pain free for administrator and users alike.
Okta has provided our users with an ecosystem that allows them to easily get them what they need when they need it. It's a simple process for an administrator to grant them access to any additional resources. Okta has supported our efforts greatly in this regard. We'll be leveraging the benefits Okta provides as we move forward to enhancing the user's digital experience.
