Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used across many departments, totaling over 600 webcasts per year. It handles one of the key education aspects of our membership.

  • They do a good job of listening to their client's needs/wants, then trying to add them or come up with alternative solutions.
  • Screen share has always been tough but their most recent changes and HTML5 change has made a huge difference.
  • API needs some updating and adds.
In the years that we have had ON24, I can count on one hand how many times its been down long enough to affect anything. We do many webcasts per day so uptime and availability is a big one for us. They have been solid.

  • Customer engagement and journey are off the charts.
I think it is very well suited for webcasts, our company switched from WebEX to ON24 and I noticed a huge difference all around. Most important was reporting, lead gen and just connecting people to related content depending on what webcast or what topic they're interested in.
