Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 delivers an engaging experience that recruits new members and provides value to our current member base. We are currently using it to encourage and equip our member base, but are looking to use it as more of a top-of-funnel platform (playing to more of its strengths) in 2022. Our nonprofit works with Christians in the business world, so we use ON24 Webcast Elite to provide valuable content to users in hopes that they take the next step to become involved with our organization.

Of course, with the switch to digital, ON24 has become a huge asset. Our organization is an event-heavy organization, so having the option to provide digital and hybrid experiences has been crucial. We also have members all across the US, so ON24 has helped us reduce travel costs for certain members by having a digital option.

We liked the customization of ON24 and how it provided an interesting alternative to Zoom, considering everyone was using it and had "Zoom fatigue."
