Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We conduct many webinars throughout the year and use ON24 for all virtual programming. Our webinars broadcast to between 10 and 1,000 people at a time, and contain a certification tool to ensure that our users can earn continuing education credits from our programming.
Pros
- Works in-browser without requiring a download on the user's end
- Seamless API integration with our AMS
- Easy to use for presenters
Cons
- Ability to start/stop/pause videos instead of always starting from the beginning
- Ability to moderate attendee chat
- Allowing certification in breakout rooms
- Able to cut costs (not having to fly out speakers, pay for lunch, etc.)
- Consolidated events
- Promoted events regionally across states
Track registration and attendance
We would not have been able to make such a smooth transition to virtual learning without ON24. It has been immensely helpful in making that transition.
- Zoom
ON24 blows Zoom out of the water in terms of ease of use. There are no downloads and all polling questions/certifications just work in the ON24 platform.
