Overall Satisfaction with One Call Now, an OnSolve solution
We use One Call Now as a notification system for our families and our staff. It is used across our whole organization. One Call Now allows us to send immediate notifications on business operations and closures. Additionally, with the new COVID crisis, we are able to also notify families and or staff of any potential COVID emergencies or exposures.
Pros

- Excellent reports that detail who was reached and who was not reached
Cons
- When typing a voice message, it is not always repeated well. You need to created spaces for pauses in speech, or the reading of initials that are names such as TCDN.
- The different choices for voice could be improved upon, some are too similar.
