Overall Satisfaction with OneStream
OneStream has been a complete game changer for our organization. We were able to move away from very large and complicated excel based consolidations for both internal and external reporting. This improved quality and timeliness of our reporting helped us to finish our annual audit in record time this year. Although the basic consolidation functions have been revolutionary for us, we are now looking forward to further efficiencies that this platform has to offer.
- Consolidation of multiple entities
- Connecting to source ERP systems for current data
- Flexibility in reporting using cube views
- Flexibilty in ad-hoc reporting using excel based quick views
- This is such a complex program, it would be nice to have more how-to videos to help users get up to speed.
- It seems like the support websites change quite often and are not very easy to follow. When we are dealing with complex issues, it would be nice to have a more simple path to support.
- It would be nice to have a single website launch point for support, knowledge, Champions, Learning, etc. If that could launch from within the application using already provided credentials, that would be even better.
- We were able to finish our audit two weeks earlier than prior year
- We have taken multiple days off of our monthly reporting process
- We are able to show more granular entity data when working through month end close and analysis
