Overall Satisfaction with Opensend

I used Opensend to prospect anyone who might be interested in our business and to reach out to folks who might be needing our engineering services. It's always good to know who's browsing and navigating our website so it's great to have Opensend support us!

Pros

  • Identifying key potential customers
  • Pinning down on who interested in our company (contact information, etc.)
  • Ensuring we can have a higher reach and conducting outreach via marketing

Cons

  • Improving the automation on the exports of contact lists
  • We have reached our sales goals by reaching out to proper contacts
  • We also have eliminated who's not really a potential customer
I give it a 10 because it's super convenient to see what's in store in terms of the company's online presence and see what we could do better in terms of the content being consumed.
I've selected Opensend between others because they're unique in their own dashboard and also the ways of identifying potential leads. It helps us clarify how big of an audience we have and also the content we're consistently posting/promoting. It's really good overall!
