Overall Satisfaction with Opensend
We started using Opensend to help us grow our email list and capture more anonymous site visitors. We spend a lot of money on Facebook and Google ads, so to be able to capture and remarket to highly engaged visitors via email has been huge for us. We also had a huge chunk of stagnant email addresses we've collected over the years we couldn't send to anymore, Opensend's Revive feature helped us bring back some 10,000 emails. It's really been a game changer for our business, ROI is a non-question.

Cons
- Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). They've been great about resolving that problem, so it's really a non-issue.
- ROI for the first 3 months was achieved in the first month
- ROI expanded beyond the channel as it also reduced our remarketing costs and optimized our ads
Retention.com is another program we've used before. Their team is not as helpful, the algorithm for profiles isn't as good, we ran into more spam issues, and the pricing model isn't nearly as competitive.
