Overall Satisfaction with OpsRamp

OpsRamp is being used for the last 02 years in our internal verticals like IT Helpdesk, PMO and Managed Service projects. Using this tool we have overcome IT Process Automation, Increased Productivity, alert Reduction and Event Management and Hybrid IT Infrastructure Monitoring. Overall we have become digitalized with OpsRamp tooling.

User-friendly and effective tool to use in small, mid-scale and Enterprise Organizations for both cloud and hybrid environments.
Technical support is appreciable. We have dedicated customer relations managers to check and see the improvement of the tool and its flaws. Sometimes, we get to interact with CMO of the organization asking our feedback and suggestions. Not every organization does that.
Pricing is very economical. You pay for monitoring and alerting, but you get a full suite of tools for the same price for free (including, Patching, ITSM, CMDB, and change management) - Good package for cheaper.
Best suited for:
  1. Managing your Managed Services Competency (internal and external customers).
  2. Develop digitalized solution for your internal business verticals (i:e. IT helpdesk, PMO, Travel Desk, HR operations etc.).
  3. Managing hybrid infrastructure for internal and external clients.
