Pros
- Brings efficiency to the product set up & new product introduction
- Controls pricing & discount process
- Generates professional proposal documents
Cons
- Administration screens could be easier to navigate
- Favorites function is not user-friendly
- UI is improving but needs a more modern look & feel
Oracle engagement is ahead. They are active in the development of the tool and provide great support after implementation. They also listen to their customers and offer opportunities to feedback and provide input through activities like the customer advisory board forum.
