Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)
We have mostly used Oracle CX marketing for its email marketing capabilities and for testing landing pages via email. It has very many automation capabilities, which helps to save us time. This tool also helps make reporting super easy. It is used by a lot of our organization.
- Email marketing
- Definitely expensive
- UI is a bit cluttered and could be improved
- Constantly changing, so need to keep up with the latest version - this is both good and bad
It is very scalable and especially capable at larger marketing size, it has a variety of different features and functionality, and it is constantly being improved and updated.

There are not a lot of other options out there that are as robust as Oracle CX Marketing. Typically we would have to use at least several companies' software to be able to have similar functionality.
