Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

It is being used in the marketing department in our organization to use for our email campaigns.

  • Not such rigid templates
  • Too secure
It has changed our organization completely. Our marketing team now fully utilizes the product for campaigns and we can view the analytics into all of our email sends.
  • Too early to tell but analytics part is crucial
It was our own native email campaign system which has nowhere near the effectiveness as Eloqua.
Well suited for large campaign email sends to customer database. Not great for very specific small sends.
