Eloqua Review
Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua
We are using a single instance of Eloqua across all geos and divisions. It is currently used as a promotion distribution mechanism for our partner base. We are expanding though to drive thought leadership and demand generation over the next 12 months and track marketing contributions to opportunities. We are also expanding our content strategy to include thought leadership and lead capture.
Pros
- Customer success managers are extremely attentive
- Dedicated support teams is invaluable
- The Eloqua partner base is really driving great customer experience
Cons
- Reporting platform is always questionable on data accuracy
- Putting out relevant thought leadership articles and social
- Address unique identifier discrepancy between Eloqua and Salesforce
- Eloqua has furthered our sales and marketing alignment
- We have not successfully been able to utilize closed loop reporting
- We are working on building a comprehensive messaging journey that warms leads for sales over the next 12 months
These other platforms lack the robust capabilities or ability to customize your output. These platforms are plug and play, but you can only produce within the limits of what you are allowed to. I regularly push Eloqua to do things that are not natural capabilities. I've not found another platform that you can do that with.
