Overall Satisfaction with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

We use Oracle JD Edwards for our financials, inventory, job costing, work orders and fixed assets.

Pros

  • Customizability. As an I.T. person, I appreciate the ability to modify the application in ways that will suit our specific needs.
  • Stability. Our JDE application is extremely stable. We don't seem to have the ups and downs that some of our other applications have.
  • Oracle Support. The support site is fantastic. Between the Knowledge Base and the Customer Forums I can usually find an answer and when I can't, Oracle is quick to help.

  • I'm in I.T., so I don't have much information on this, but I would assume that the ROI is good considering we've been with JDE for 20 years.

Oracle JD Edwards is well suited for any size corporation or organization. You have the ability to purchase only the modules that you need for your business and customize the modules you purchase to suit your processes.
