Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

We use Oracle Responsys in many different ways within our promotional and triggered programs. It is helping us become more self-sufficient as we bring in some of our work in-house, so we can add additional features and support within Oracle Responsys. We look forward to the new AI features and innovation coming in the next several years.
  • They provide the support crew for any hours of the day.
  • Reliable QA and responsive issue resolution.
  • New and innovative approaches to solving problems.
  • Some of their tools for proofing are outdated.
  • Reporting is almost unlimited, but could use more detailed training and help within the platform.
  • We've seen more downtime than I would expect from such a large company.
I think they are more suited for providing full-service to smaller companies who don't already have the same level of sophistication and experience.
