We use Oracle Responsys in many different ways within our promotional and triggered programs. It is helping us become more self-sufficient as we bring in some of our work in-house, so we can add additional features and support within Oracle Responsys. We look forward to the new AI features and innovation coming in the next several years.
- They provide the support crew for any hours of the day.
- Reliable QA and responsive issue resolution.
- New and innovative approaches to solving problems.
- Some of their tools for proofing are outdated.
- Reporting is almost unlimited, but could use more detailed training and help within the platform.
- We've seen more downtime than I would expect from such a large company.
