Otter.ai is a efficient sales tool for notetaking and drafting follow up correspondence

We trialed Otter.ai at our organization, mostly for client planning meetings, to simply help manage the details, and to literally be a detailed notetaker, especially when a team member wasn't present to assist. Otter.ai was able to provide written notes much faster than we were, and helped to create follow-up emails and task lists efficiently.
