This is our main crash detection tool. It also helps to predict an upcoming failure.
It is used by almost all engineers in my organization.

It is great for monitoring internet connections.
The agent installed on Windows works efficiently and takes up little resources.
The method of settling costs is not very clear.
There should also be a table with the current list of costs visible.
