Overall Satisfaction with Paperflite

A useful content repository to save all finance and accounts assets with easy accessibility and discoverability. Allows the finance team to organize all content with share. Internal sharing of documents is also now seamless. It is convenient to differentiate between teams as well so not a lot of effort is put to share info with various teams. The collections are also useful to help send dockets to external users
  • The user group feature is very helpful. It allows us to share with the relevant users with one click
  • the streams allow finance documents to be publicly viewed by the team on the whole
  • End-user sharing is also seamless and the live collection feature allows any immediate changes and version updates
  • There is brand color customisation in the platform, I would love to add custom patterns and designs, maybe it is asking for a lot
  • The collections is highly crucial
  • The in-content search feature saves alot of time finding relevant documents
  • The content hub allows us to create as many different categories
  • The limitless file size is a life saver since we don't have to compress or lose quality anymore
  • Helped content discovery for the different teams
  • Allows content analytics to get a grip of consumption
  • Fin team is saving over 50 hours looking for relevant documents

It is well suited for all our teams, ranging from finance to marketing and sales. Onboarding new employees are also very convenient instead of having to go back and forth over email. The analytics help us understand whether it is viewed or not. We use various folders to differentiate sensitive information and finance-related documents as well
