Overall Satisfaction with Paperflite

Paperflite is a robust content management system that makes our life easier. Finding, sharing, and tracking all my existing collateral has become smoother. With the global search, content discovery becomes very fast at crucial times. With the easy integrations, content sharing becomes seamless and easily trackable. The platform has really transformed our access to our own content.
  • The global search reduces the amount of time taken to find any content.
  • The integrations allow us to keep our content synced for relevant teams.
  • The tracking of content removes any guessing on consumption patterns, we know exactly what works and what doesn't.
  • The array of features can take a short amount of time to learn.
  • The support team is always around to help with any issues.
  • There are certain times we have error messages but often times is due to our internet and the support team is ever so sweet to help us clarify and not panic.

We have a lot of content for various teams due to our segmentation within F&B. The search feature allows us to find from the in content search as well. It has helped us to reduce our time looking at and organising our content. The teams are able to share content internally with ease instead of having to find which email content is stored. Our user groups make it extremely convenient to sort out ourselves.
