Overall Satisfaction with Paperflite

Paperflite has reduced the amount of time, I and my team spend on collaterals the marketing team creates. It is very easy to use! The platform has become an integral part of our content strategy and we've been able to make the best use of it over time. We're relieved post-implementation of Paperflite
  • Content discovery is unimaginably easy now, especially for accounts.
  • The accounting team has it's own user groups that allows us to access sensitive
  • We can also share content and add a password and expiry in case we want to share limited content
  • Nothing that I can think of at this moment
  • The features are beneficial to various teams across the organization. We all love using Paperflite
  • User groups is very crucial as the content we use in accounting is not same as rest
  • Password protection and NDA enablement are also important while sending across sensitive information
  • Our content is so well organized now that we don't have to ever worry about losing content or misplacing it anywhere

As accounting, we can share highly classified documents knowing that our information will not be leaked or have any security issues. The platform is well secured and gives us NDA and password protection features while sharing as well. Our own user group has made it convenient to share content internally as and when needed. The marketing team's collaterals are easily discoverable as well.
