Overall Satisfaction with Paperflite

As a design manager, Paperflite has been a total game-changer. The ability not only to have all my designs under a single roof but also being able to have everything structured, makes content discovery and collaboration within teams easier. Along with their analytics and reporting features, creating personalized experiences has become relatively easy
  • Paperflite allows me to structure my content in a very efficient manner
  • We have multiple teams at Swiss and the collaborations help us seamlessly integrate multiple teams into a single project and execute our tasks.
  • The analytics module helps my team and me to analyze how well our designs are being consumed by our prospects. It also allows us to remove any notion of micromanaging our clients.
  • Paperflite collections now allow designers to share their adobe URL links with prospective clients as well instead of worrying about sending them across over email and hyperlinks.
  • There really is not anything to improve with the platform
  • We can even customise to our personal brand colours and use it to our liking

Paperflite is well suited for multiple teams across organizations. My design team uses various functions for our tasks and use cases. We use the collections to send out our designs for approval to our prospective clients. It allows maintain our design integrity as the platform does not reduce the quality or compress any form of content whatsoever. It is extremely beneficial to us as design and quality is our primary motive. The collaboration tools also allow our teams to link up with others internally to work on a single collection together.
