- Email template generation is easy to use and helps make messaging look great.
- Reporting could be imporved.
- Could use better syncing between Pardot and Salesforce.com.
- We are able to track clicks allowing us to start analyzing what messaging is working and what messaging is not.
- Pardot scoring allows us to find the hot leads be seeing who is opening emails and viewing our website. Directing thes leads to the sales rep has provided a rise in demos booked.
