Overall Satisfaction with Pardot
Our organization uses Pardot for B2B communications focusing on lead generation. Through drip campaigns or segmentation we are able to easily reach out to prospects with targeted messaging. We also communicate to our current customers to inform them of any new product offerings or any upcoming webinars we may be hosting.
- User management is easy to set up and sync to the user's Salesforce account.
- Drip campaigns and dynamic segmentation allow us to send the right messaging to the right account at the right time.
- Email template generation is easy to use and helps make messaging look great.
- Reporting could be imporved.
- Could use better syncing between Pardot and Salesforce.com.
- We are able to track clicks allowing us to start analyzing what messaging is working and what messaging is not.
- Pardot scoring allows us to find the hot leads be seeing who is opening emails and viewing our website. Directing thes leads to the sales rep has provided a rise in demos booked.
